Compassionate, resourceful, and more than a little arrogant, longtime general practitioner Jean-Pierre (François Cluzet) has made himself indispensable to the residents of his small French town. But when a personal health crisis threatens his ability to provide the individualized care his patients expect, he brings on Natalie (the beautiful Marianne Denicourt), a hospital physician, to help lighten his caseload.
