The second half sees all hell break loose as identities are revealed, loyalties betrayed, and all the furniture gets bashed, crashed, and thoroughly smashed. This is also the movie where King Hu met Sammo Hung, who oversaw the action choreography in this movie (and its follow-up The Valiant Ones).
