Art Bridges Foundation, the national arts nonprofit founded by philanthropist Alice Walton, will provide $40 million in funding to 64 museums nationwide. The initiative aims to increase access to museums across the country and foster engagement with local communities. OKCMOA is the only Oklahoma art institution to receive this grant. Learn more about this special program at okcmoa.com/press.
The Oklahoma City Museum of Art offers tours designed for all groups and ages! Visitors will view special exhibitions and the Museum’s permanent collection including Chihuly Then and Now: the Collection at Twenty on all guided or self-guided tours.
Family Space
Located between Admissions and the Theater Lobby, the OKCMOA Family Space welcomes all visitors to tap into their creativity.
One side of the space focuses on art-related activities developed by Museum educators, and the other functions as a free-play space for crawling and newly walking visitors and respite for their grownups.
Give us feedback on your experience in the Family Space!
