Distinguished community leaders to highlight Paul Reed: A Retrospective
OKLAHOMA CITY (March 6, 2025) – The Oklahoma City Museum of Art (OKCMOA) today announced the 49th Renaissance Ball will be held on Friday, September 5, at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club from 7 p.m. until midnight. This year’s black-tie gala will be chaired by Hillary and Peter Farrell, longtime Museum members and distinguished community leaders.
Hillary Farrell serves as the Executive Officer of Marketing for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce and is an active member of several boards, including United Way of Central Oklahoma and Allied Arts. Her husband, Peter Farrell, is the CEO of Saxum and serves on the board of Allied Arts. In 2023, the Farrells co-chaired the Allied Arts campaign, successfully raising over $3.6 million, showcasing their dedication to fostering Oklahoma’s thriving arts and culture scene.
Renaissance Ball has served as Oklahoma City’s premier social and fundraising event for 48 years, traditionally held on the first Friday after Labor Day. The Ball provides critical support for OKCMOA’s exhibitions, film program, and educational initiatives, making it a cornerstone of the Museum’s annual fundraising efforts.
“We decided to chair Renaissance Ball because we believe in the transformative power of arts and culture,” said Hillary Farrell, “The Oklahoma City Museum of Art has been a key cultural anchor in our community, and this event provides a unique opportunity to help raise vital funds that ensure the Museum’s continued growth and impact. By leading this effort, we hope to bring together a passionate group of supporters who share a common vision for the future of our cultural landscape.”
This year’s theme will celebrate Paul Reed: A Retrospective, a new exhibition opening at OKCMOA on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Renaissance Ball promises an unforgettable evening, beginning with an open-bar cocktail reception followed by an elegant seated dinner. At 9:30 p.m., the celebration will continue with Late Night, a separately ticketed event featuring an open bar, refreshments, and live music, concluding at midnight.
