This workshop invites teens to explore their creativity while embracing the beauty and mystery of winter! Whether you’re into painting, drawing, or mixed media, this hands-on class will allow you to express the unique elements of the winter season in your own artistic style. From snowy landscapes and frosty forests to icy textures and winter wildlife, you’ll dive into a variety of techniques designed to bring your winter-inspired visions to life.
Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll experiment with different art mediums and develop your skills while having fun with friends and fellow teen artists. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind winter masterpiece, perfect for showcasing your creativity or gifting to someone special.
This class is intended for teens ages 13-17.
Note: Two members of Museum staff will be on-site throughout the duration of each class session. Authorized adults must check students in and out from the Theater Lobby desk.

Class Refund Policy
If a registrant chooses to withdraw from a program, the refund policies are as follows:
- 100% refunded with forty-eight hours’ notice prior to the start date of the program
- Within forty-eight hours of the program, no refund will be given, but registrants will have the option to transfer to another program if space permits.
Refunded payments will go back to the original payment method within seven business days.
Class Cancellations
Programs may be cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached, or extraneous circumstances interfere. Cancellations will be determined no later than one business day before a program is scheduled to start, and all registrants will be notified of the cancellation via email and phone.
In the event of a cancellation, registrants will have the option to transfer to another program, space permitting, or will receive a 100% refund.
