Artists will learn the essential tools and materials for watercolor painting. We will practice basic techniques such as creating washes, blending, and layering, and experiment with color mixing and producing various textures. Whether you’re a budding artist or a complete beginner, this class will guide you through the fundamental techniques of watercolor painting while encouraging your unique artistic expression.
This class is designed for teens ages 13-17.
Note: Two members of Museum staff will be on-site throughout the duration of each class session. Authorized adults must check students in and out from the Theater Lobby desk.
