Calling All Introverts – Join Us for A Night of Hygge!
“Hygge” [hue-guh] represents the Danish art of surviving winter through coziness, friends, and living well. So cozy up with comfy clothes and join us for a warm Hygge night with candlelight (battery-operated), a fireplace (100% digital), warm (spiked) drinks, light bites, live music, friends, and good conversations. Also, don’t forget to visit the galleries for a last look at Highlights from the Rose Family Glass Collection!
Let’s extend the joy of giving by bringing a donation for the Homeless Alliance. Moderns will be collecting adult-sized coats, gloves, beanies, or anything warm – including hand and body warmers such as HotHands brand items.
This event is free and exclusive to Moderns members (including Fellow, Friend, and Sustainers) and their guests.

Can’t make it to Hygge Night? Moderns members can check their email inbox for an exclusive video of exhibition curator Dr. Rosie May describing some of the unique techniques to look for when visiting Highlights from the Rose Family Glass Collection before it closes on Sunday, January 15. In appreciation of your support, Moderns members who visit between January 13-15 receive a complimentary hot beverage from the Museum Store!
