Group Tours
Adult Tours
The Museum offers adult-level, guided or self-guided, tours and discounted admission to groups of 15 or more. Tours are offered Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m. and Thursday evening/Saturday by special arrangement. We request three weeks advance notice.
- Roman Art tours scheduled between June 19 and October 12 are priced at $10 for groups of 15 or more, due to the surcharge for Roman Art from the Louvre.

Exhibition Highlights
Docent-guided and self-guided tours are available to prescheduled groups. This tour explores both the special exhibitions and the permanent collection, including the Dale Chihuly glass collection, and lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
Behind the Scenes
Catch a glimpse of the inner workings of a museum - tour available only to groups! Tour includes the following: learning about exhibit preparation through art selection, design, lighting, and security; exploring the collections vault; experiencing the intricate storage system for the collection; and taking a ride on the Museum's massive freight elevator.

Savor the fine cuisine! Whether your group needs a quick meal or has time to relax in a casual, urban atmosphere, our Museum Cafe is a great choice. Enjoy a specially prepared menu with preset menu options, a boxed lunch, or dine in the Museum Cafe – it’s your choice!
Afternoon Tea
Satisfy your group with fine teas, coffees, tarts, and freshly baked scones, available by reservation only, Tuesday – Thursday, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

School Tours
Tour Reservation Information
• School tours are available year round, generally to groups of 15 or more.
• Tours are offered Tuesday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (The Museum is closed on Mondays.)
• We request three weeks notice.
• Tours are limited to 60 students per hour.
• Please make one payment for the entire group. (Purchase orders are allowed.)
• Chaperones and Teachers must stay with their groups during the entire tour.
• Museum staff hours for inquiries are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
• Teacher information packets will be sent prior to the tour.
Admission
Admission fees for school tours are $3 per student. Two adult chaperones are required for each group of 15 students and are given free admission. Additional adults are charged the $3 student rate.
Bus Sponsorships
Through the generosity of the Inasmuch Foundation, as well as other foundations, businesses, and individuals, the Museum offers a limited number of bus sponsorships each year. Recipients receive up to $250 in transportation costs for each bus as well as group admission fees. Applications are accepted during the tour reservation process. Funding will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
